Who can study MBBS?

Applicants who meet the basic eligibility requirements can pursue Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree.

  • The minimum marks criteria may vary, however, general applicants must have at least 50 percentile marks in intermediate exam.
  • The minimum age required for MBBS program registration is 17 years.
  • Applicants must have at least 10+2 with compulsory subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • For reserved category candidates, the minimum required percentage to be eligible is 40.

How many years is MBBS course?

Under MBBS course, students are taught theory for 4.5 years. When the theory period is over, internship is done for 1 year.
